Thomas joined Davidson & Garrard in November 1998, as a Portfolio Manager and Business Development Office. He earned his B.A. and J.D. from Washington and Lee University. Prior to joining the firm, Tom was General Counsel for Central Fidelity Bankshares, Inc., and Executive Vice President for Central Fidelity National Bank.
