Senior Portfolio Manager
Since his graduation from the University of Vermont in 1965, Phillip has developed a broad range of investment expertise through positions as investment analyst and portfolio manager with some of the leading investment organizations in the country. Further educational studies led to a MBA degree in finance from the University of Tampa in 1979. He was employed by Crestar Bank and Colonial American bank for 13 years and held the title of Vice President, Investment Division Manager. Phillip joined Davidson & Garrard in July 1991.
